Windows "Longhorn" build 3706 (with a build tag of 3706.Lab06 N.021029-1731) is a Milestone 3 build of the Microsoft Windows "Longhorn" operating system. It was compiled on October 29, 2002 and leaked on 22 May, 2004.

If the Windows Sidebar is enabled in this build, the Start menu becomes attached to the Sidebar itself, like in 3683.

This build is the first one known to include:
