SUMMARY
The Windows 2000 Support Tools help support personnel and network administrators to manage their networks and troubleshoot problems. Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 (SP3) includes updates for several of the Support Tools. The tools that have been updated include:

The Support tools are not automatically installed when you install Windows 2000 SP3. Microsoft Windows 2000 Datacenter Server customers must contact their Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for information about how to obtain the updated Support tools.
The updated tools are available in the Support\Tools\Support.cab file on the Windows 2000 SP3 CD-ROM. They are also available for download. To download the tools, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
