Windows Vista build 5112 include a new Aero theme and taskbar, but no sidebar is included. It is still branded as Longhorn though. A checked version of this build is floating around.
This build was among the first Beta 1 builds compiled, and certainly the earliest that is widely available. At this point, Microsoft had decided on "Windows Vista" as being the final name for Longhorn, due to boosting the image and perception of the product itself among users.
 
However, even despite this, the name Longhorn was still used in numerous areas, such as within the About Windows dialog box. This was also a further update from that of Build 5048, with even some updates made to the themes.
 
Not only was this build released on July 27th, 2005, but that it was also available to Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) and TechNet subscribers at the time, as well as a select group of Microsoft beta testers.
 
In comparison with Build 5048, this build was a much more significant advancement in regard to introducing new user interface features. In this build, the Explorer shell had once again gone through significant changes, including virtual folders, a new search interface, numerous new high resolution icons, and even a redesigned Explorer interface that largely removed the menus, as well as most of the toolbar buttons available in earlier Windows builds.
 
This build also introduced many other features that were planned for Longhorn, including the new networking and audio stacks, as well as even a more or less complete and working build of .NET Framework 3.0, then still referred to as WinFX.
