Windows 95 (codename Chicago) build 89e is the part of the Milestone 6 stage. It was leaked on 6th March 2020 by Overdoze. This is the first leaked build that has a taskbar at the top as default. Also, this build has the new version of Microsoft Paint instead of the old Paintbrush.

Changes

Taskbar is now at the top as default.
There is only My Computer icon on the desktop.
My Computer has been changed. Now it has no Greater-than sign and Blue screen Computer.
Now it has the new version of Microsft Paint instead of the old Paintbrush.

Since build 81

My Briefcase is now renamed as "My Briefcase.bfc" instead of "My brief.bfc".
My Computer is the second item, Network is the third icon, Programs folder is the fourth icon, and Recycle Bin is the last icon on Desktop.
Now you can't use the taskbar as a folder manager.
Ctrl+Alt+Del keys now open Task Manager instead of Reboot dialog.
Window UI and Start button have been changed instead of three buttons.
Dr. Watson is not starting on startup.
Floppy drivers have been fixed.
