Windows 8.1 build 9415 (with a build tag of 9415.fbl_partner_out22.130525-0845) is a pre-release build of the Microsoft Windows 8.1 operating system. Screenshots of this build were leaked on June 1, 2013.[1]
Build 9415 was demonstrated by Microsoft during its annual TechEd conference in 2013. Notably, unlike the build of 9415 included in screenshots that were leaked, this build of 9415 featured the Start button.[2][3]
