Slate on Longhorn 4051

Slate is a visual style present in Milestone 7 builds of Windows Longhorn, possibly debuting in Build 4042.Lab06_n.

The theme is reportedly broken in builds after 4074, having an undesired glossy effect on the taskbar and Windows Sidebar.
