This is the Beta 2 of Office 2003.It included a lot of new features.
New Features
New PowerPoint media
It introduced new animations and some new diagram types.
IRM
It introduced IRM(Information Rights Management) to help protect documents.
Junk Email filter
Outlook introduced a junk email filter that was designed to filter most spam. It could be updated via Windows Update.
