Microsoft distributes Microsoft SQL Server 2005 fixes as one downloadable file. Because the fixes are cumulative, each new release contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous SQL Server 2005 fix release.

SYMPTOMS
When you update a table that contains a nonclustered index in a Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database, the database is marked as suspect. Additionally, an error message that resembles the following is logged in the SQL Server 2005 Errorlog file:
This problem occurs if the allow_page_locks option is disabled for the table that does not have a clustered index.
RESOLUTION
Cumulative update information

WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, enable the allow_page_locks option for the nonclustered index.
