Microsoft Windows XP

  1. Click Start, and then click Printers and Faxes.
  2. Right-click the printer that you want to remove, and then click Delete.
  3. If you are prompted to remove all the files that are associated with the printer, click Yes.
  4. Under Printer Tasks, click Add a printer, and then follow the instructions in the Add Printer Wizard to reinstall the Windows XP printer driver.
