SYMPTOMS
When you try to set up MSN Bill Pay in Microsoft Money 2007, you receive the following error message:
CAUSE
This problem occurs because you are using the user ID and password that you use to sign in to the MSN Bill Pay Web site.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, use the Subscriber ID and the same password. The Subscriber ID is a 12 to 25 digit subscriber number that you receive when you enroll in MSN Bill Pay.
Note The user ID is a different ID than the Subscriber ID.
