SYMPTOMS
When you use Windows Internet Explorer 7 or Internet Explorer 6 to visit a Web page that is hosted on a secure Web site (HTTPS), you unexpectedly receive the following security warning:
CAUSE
This problem occurs if the Web page script calls the removeChild() method to delete a DIV element that references a background image.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, use one of the following methods.
Method 1
Use the outerHTML property to delete the DIV element, as in the following example:
document.getElementById('myDiv').outerHTML=" "
Method 2
Put the background-image into a cascading style sheets file, as in the following example:
