“EE Load Com10” or “EE Load Com5” Printing Envelopes on HP IID

SUMMARY
When printing envelopes on a Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet IID printer, the “EE Load Com10” or “EE Load C5” error message may appear on the printer. Pressing Continue on the printer control panel allows the envelope to feed through and to print correctly.
MORE INFORMATION
When setting up to print envelopes on the HP LaserJet IID printer with an envelope feeder, the Print Options “printer:” field must contain an HP LaserJet driver. Also, the Print Options “model:” field must have LaserJet IID chosen and the Print Options “paper feed:” field must be set to Envelope.
Some suggested settings for use in the Format Division Margins menu to print an envelope are as follows:

Margin adjustments are necessary for placing a return address in the upper-left corner.
