Summary:

PROBLEM ID: WIN9103006

SYMPTOMS In standard mode Windows version 3.0, calling the MS-DOS Extender Interrupt 31h function 0300h, 0301h, or 0302h reentrantly causes Windows to crash.

CAUSE These functions save registers in global memory, not on a stack.

STATUS Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows version 3.0. This problem was corrected in Windows version 3.00a.
