PROBLEM ID: WIN9103003
SYMPTOMS When using a Windows dynamic-link library (DLL) with a Windows Exit Procedure (WEP), fatal exit 409 “Out of memory loading segment” or fatal exit 403 “Invalid ordinal reference to x:y” occurs.
CAUSE The WEP segment is not in memory when it is needed by Windows.
RESOLUTION Each WEP segment must be marked PRELOAD FIXED in the module definition (DEF) file.
