SYMPTOMS On a system with a Video 7 VRAM card and driver, calling the StretchDIBits funciton with a very large (900K), 24 bits-per-pixel device-independent bitmap (DIB) causes an unrecoverable application error (UAE).
STATUS Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows version 3.0. This problem was corrected in Windows version 3.1.
