SUMMARY
If you use the desk accessory (DA) version of EndNote with Microsoft Word on a Macintosh containing less than 1 megabyte of memory with Fast Save enabled, the error message “low on memory” will occur.
To use EndNote with Word, quit and restart Word, and disable the Fast Save option in the Save As dialog box (on the File menu).
