SUMMARY
The Print Totals option located under the File menu’s Print Reports command allows you to print cost and work totals in task resource reports. To obtain the totals, a table that contains the information that you want totaled must be designated. For example, to print a resource report that totals costs, use the Cost table rather than the Entry table. To obtain a task report that prints total work, use the Work table.
If a custom table is designed, it must be a task table to obtain task totals or a resource table to obtain resource totals.
