SUMMARY
Courier 10 is not a resident font on the Hewlett-Packard DeskJet or DeskJet Plus. The “Cour 10/20” and “Cour 16.67” buttons on the front panel of the printer represent the pitch of the font. Courier 12-point has a pitch of 10. The default mode of the printer is “Cour 10/12”, which Word expects in order to print correctly.
