- Microsoft Works for the Macintosh, versions 1.x, 2.0, and 4.0 |
SYMPTOMS
In the Microsoft Works Word Processor module, when you print mailing labels to the ImageWriter, the printer may advance two inches between labels, even if No Gaps Between Pages is selected and the correct margins are specified. This will happen if Hand Feed is selected in the Print dialog box.
RESOLUTION
Clearing Hand Feed allows the labels to print correctly.
MORE INFORMATION
With Hand Feed selected, the ImageWriter assumes that there is extra space below the page for the ImageWriter platen to hold onto. This guarantees that the paper will scroll through the ImageWriter correctly.
NOTE: This issues does not affect Works version 3.0.
