Macro Converter Does Not Copy Footnotes

SUMMARY
The macro conversion utility copies all nonmacro glossary entries unchanged into the new glossary file. However, footnotes that are part of nonmacro glossary entries are not converted. To use the entries that include footnotes, you must use the original unconverted glossary file.
