Summary:
In Microsoft File, you cannot specify more than one value to be "<>" (not equal to) when using the Find command (unlike "=" [equal to] in the Find dialog box). If more than one value is specified, the error message "Error in Find Text" is returned.
For example, if you want to return all the records EXCEPT the records that contain Washington, California, and Florida in the "State" field, typing "<>WA, CA, FL" returns the error "Error in Find Text". Only one value after the "<>" can be typed into a Find field.
