Session Summary
During this Support WebCast, we will introduce a new extension DLL to the Windows Debugger, the Logger Extension. This DLL introduces the ability to profile the Windows API calls that are made by a program during its normal operation. We will discuss the Logger Extension commands, how to collect and analyze the profiling data, profiling strategy, and demonstrate how to use the Logger Extension to investigate some common problem circumstances.
This is a Level 200 session that was recorded June 8, 2001 and presented by Brian Dowds. Brian Dowds is a Microsoft VC++ Developer Support Professional and has been with Microsoft for more than four years.
