Error in Norton Programming Book ID Number: Q32056

Summary: In the Microsoft Press book “The Peter Norton Programmer’s Guide to the IBM PC,” Page 318 under the “Interrupt 21H function 78 (Hex 4E)” section incorrectly states that the carry flag is not set to signal the error. This is a documentation error. The carry flag is set if the function fails.
