SYMPTOMS
The Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 and Exchange 2000 Server information store may stop responding unexpectedly (crash). If Dr. Watson is active as the default debugger, a Dr. Watson log and a User.dmp file (if Dr. Watson is configured to create a User.dmp file) may be generated.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because an individual OMSG is being released by the information store while the structure is still in use.
