SYMPTOMS

After you upgrade your computer to Windows Millennium Edition (Me), selecting the Enable Launch Rocket check box in the Nuts & Bolts 98 software by Network Associates, Inc. does not work. After you restart the computer, the Enable Launch Rocket check box is not selected, and you cannot optimize any programs.
