When you install Visual Studio 6 Service Pack 4 build 8799, the Microsoft Visual J++ 6.0 file Msvj98ui.dll does not get updated with the current version.
RESOLUTION
Install the Visual Studio Service Pack 4 release-to-market version.

Steps to Reproduce Behavior
- Install Windows NT 4 Server, ENU (English) version.
- Install the complete Visual J++ 6.0 Enterprise Edition, ENU version.
- Install the complete Visual J++ 6.0 Professional Edition, ENU version.
- Install Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 3, ENU version.
- Install Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 4, ENU version build 8799.
RESULT: The file Msvj98ui.dll on the computer has a different cyclic redundancy check (CRC) number than the one on the build.
