SUMMARY
You can install Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a) to update an Access run-time application even if you have no other Microsoft Office products installed.
NOTE: Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1/SR-1a can only update an Access 2000 run-time application that was created by using the full version of Microsoft Access. It does not update an Access 2000 run-time application that was created by using the Alternative Version of the Access Run-Time (that is, the version that excludes Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or later).
