SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA) with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and create a new appointment, the toolbar does not resemble the standard toolbar layout.

WORKAROUND

This layout of the toolbar can be safely ignored, as the Attach and Print icons retain the correct functionality, regardless of their position on the toolbar.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
