SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA), after you reply to a post in a private folder, there is no indication in the reply that the post ever included an attachment.
In contrast, after you reply to a message with an attachment in Microsoft Outlook 2000, you see the attachment name listed at the bottom of the reply as follows:

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
