SYMPTOMS
When you use the Clone Painting tool on the Touchup menu in Microsoft Picture It! 2000, you may receive an error message similar to one of the following:
CAUSE
This behavior occurs if you click Customize Settings in the Clone Painting pane, and then click the No Edge paper texture.
RESOLUTION
To prevent this issue from occurring, click the None paper texture after you click Customize Settings in the Clone Painting pane.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Picture It! 2000.
