SYMPTOMS

When you press the Media hotkey on one of the keyboards that are listed in the "Applies To" section, your DVD player may not be displayed in the list of available programs.

CAUSE

This behavior may occur if you are running a Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer.

MORE INFORMATION

The Play, Pause, Next track, Previous track, and Stop buttons work correctly when the DVD player is the active program.
