SYMPTOMS
When you print or print preview a report, Microsoft Project 98 may stop responding and you receive either of the following errors.
Windows 95
When you click Details, you receive the following error message:
Windows NT
CAUSE
This problem occurs when you print or print preview a report and the following conditions are true:
- The project contains an inserted project.
- The tasks in the inserted project are expanded.
- The inserted project has an object attached to one of its tasks.
RESOLUTION
To correct this problem, install Microsoft Project 98 for Windows, Service Release 1 (SR-1).
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Project 98 for Windows, ServiceRelease 1 (SR-1).
