SYMPTOMS
When attempting to start Microsoft Outlook 97, you may get the following error message:
CAUSE
Either a corrupted service in the profile or too many services in the profile may cause this problem.
RESOLUTION
Create a new profile and add the services back one at a time, testing between each.
