SYMPTOMS
When you check spelling in the Microsoft FrontPage Explorer or Editor, you may receive one of the following error messages:

where "<drive>" is your hard disk drive letter.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, follow these steps:
- Rename the following two files:
Mssp232.dll Mssp2_en.lex
to the following:
Mssp232.old Mssp2_en.old
- Remove Microsoft FrontPage using the following steps:
- On the Windows Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
- In the list of installed programs, select Microsoft FrontPage, and then click Add/Remove.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
- Reinstall Microsoft FrontPage using the following steps:
- On the Windows Start menu, click Run.
- Click Browse.
- In the Browse dialog box, select the CD-ROM drive that contains the FrontPage compact disc.
- Double-click the Setup.exe file to start the Setup program.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
