SYMPTOMS
When you are using MSN, The Microsoft Network, you may receive the following error message:
Msnviewr caused an invalid page fault in module Oleaut32.dll.
After you receive this error message, your computer may stop responding (hang).
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you click Back before the current page is completely loaded, or if you leave the computer connected to MSN with the On Stage home page open for extended periods of time.
RESOLUTION
Download and install the Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.02 File Upload Add-On for Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0 from the following Microsoft Web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/ieplatform/iewin95/iewin95.asp
