Money 98: CD Required After File Conversion

SYMPTOMS
During file conversion, you are prompted to insert your Money CD-ROM. If you click Cancel, you do not have the correct bank logos. However, you are able to fully use the product and all of the online features.
CAUSE
This is by design in Money 98.
RESOLUTION
To have your bank’s logo display properly, use either of the following methods:
Do not click Cancel during conversion.
-or-
Update the contact information.
Follow these steps to update the contact information:
- On the navigation bar, click Online Banking.
- Click the Contact Information tab.
- Click Update Contact Information.
