SUMMARY

When printing charts in 3D portrait mode to the Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 4si MX, the bottom of the chart may be cut off.

To print the entire chart, change to Landscape orientation or change to 2D printing.

Change to Landscape

To change to landscape orientation, follow these steps:

  1. On the File menu, point to Print Setup and click Report and Chart Setup.
  2. Under Orientation, click Landscape.
  3. Click OK. The chart will now print correctly.

Change to 2D

To change to 2D printing, right-click the chart and on the shortcut menu, click Display in 2D. This removes the check from this option and changes the chart to 2D.

The chart will now print correctly.
