SYMPTOMS
File Manager displays an incorrect date for files created with a date of 01-01-2000 or later.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, obtain and install the Windows 95 Year 2000 Update. Microsoft also recommends that you obtain and install the Windows 95 Year 2000 Corporate Update.
