SYMPTOMS
When using the Remote Control feature to access a client computer running Windows 95 using a video card with a Cirrus Logic 5446 chipset, the Quick Viewer display will become corrupted. Corruption will include odd colors, screen "droppings," and missing parts of remote windows.
This behavior only occurs on client computers running Windows 95, not Windows NT Workstation.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server version 1.2. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. service pack for Systems Management Server version 1.2.
