SUMMARY

When a mail run is performed in Bob E-Mail, e-mail is sent and received for every user in the household.

MORE INFORMATION

A Bob household is considered your MCI account ID. Each mail user will have an individual e-mail address of his/her own that belongs to that household (MCI account ID).

You may only have one household (MCI account ID).

Once you have performed a mail run, Bob tells you how many messages were received by the household. Bob will not give you a breakdown of how many messages per user.

For more information about MCI accounts, call (800) 444-6245.
