SYMPTOMS

The black and white video clip in the Chronology topic “1956, Everyday Life” includes many tiny green spots. This clip is a ’50s era commercial for Miss Clairol hair color. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Bookshelf, 1994 edition. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
