SYMPTOMS
If you try to convert an empty 1.2-megabyte or 1.44-megabyte Stacker compressed floppy disk to a DoubleSpace-compressed floppy disk, you receive an error message stating that the Stacker volume is corrupted and cannot be converted.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, format the disk and then compress it using DoubleSpace.
