This article describes how to access the Microsoft Knowledge Base (MSKB) forum on the CompuServe Information Service (CIS).

The MSKB is completely menu driven. Articles are broken up into three different groups: INF, PRB, and PRACC articles. INF articles are those that provide “how to” procedures or advanced tips and tricks. PRB articles contain perceived problems that are actually associated with either incorrect use of the product or “by-design” characteristics of the product. PRACC articles document known problems with Microsoft Access or other products that may cause problems with Microsoft Access, such as video drivers.
