Can only read.

Registered users

Can edit, create and move pages with a redirect. Send emails if the other user allows.

Administrators

Can block, create new accounts and move pages without a redirect. Delete and undelete pages. Similar to a generic admin on a MediaWiki-powered wiki.

Bureaucrats

Can promote and demote users to any role.
