The mover flag is a special userright that allows users to
- Move any page without a redirect
- Delete pages (but not search the deleted archive or undelete pages)
This userright was intended to assist users when moving pages to the correct naming scheme and removing redirects, and is given at a moderator or a bureaucrat's discretion at this time.
