Autoconfirmed users are all users who have met some simple requirements. Such users can do all what an user can do, plus the ability to
- move pages (only under a redirect; please contact a moderator if a page needs to be moved without one)
- edit semi-protected pages (like the transcluded templates of the main page, but not the main page itself, which is fully protected as of writing)
- (re)upload files
To be an autoconfirmed user, you need to
- make at least 10 edits
- have an account that is at least one week old.
Both conditions must be satisfied for the system to grant that right, and it is given automatically.
