SUMMARY
Microsoft Word version 4.00 does not support legal landscape printing with the Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet family of printers. Support for this feature was added to Word 4.00a.

In Word versions 5.00 and 5.50, the printer drivers for the HP LaserJets automatically provide for printing in landscape with a legal-sized paper tray. Set the proper paper dimensions with the Format Division Margins command (Word 5.00) or with the Format Margins command (Word 5.50).
