Summary:
When custom cell or date formats are entered into Multiplan, they are saved in the MP.INI file. If you want to delete the custom formats, you can do it only by deleting the MP.INI file from the Multiplan directory; this is done at the DOS level.
Deleting the MP.INI file has the side effect of eliminating the selected screen colors, window options, transfer options, etc.
