SYMPTOMS
After you run a report that uses input values to complete report processing (a parameterized report) in Microsoft Business Solutions CRM 1.2, you experience the following symptoms:
- When you view the report, it appears correctly on the computer screen.
- When you try to print the report, you receive the following error message:
CAUSE
This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
- One of the report parameter values contains an apostrophe. For example, the report contains the following parameter value:
User's sales
- Hotfix 834913 is installed on the computer that is running Microsoft CRM 1.2. For information about hotfix 834913, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

RESOLUTION
Microsoft CRM has a fix for this problem that is part of a cumulative update. The cumulative update information is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
