SYMPTOMS
Using Outlook 97 if you view an imported contact that contains information in the State or Country field and you use a table view (Phone List, By Category, By Company, or By Location), the State or Country information may not display.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
- Double-click one of the problem contacts to open the Contact form.
- Click "This is the mailing address" to clear the check box.
- Click "This is the mailing address" again to select the check box
- Click Save and Close.
- Repeat these steps for each Contact.
