SYMPTOMS

Using Outlook 97 if you view an imported contact that contains information in the State or Country field and you use a table view (Phone List, By Category, By Company, or By Location), the State or Country information may not display.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:

  1. Double-click one of the problem contacts to open the Contact form.
  2. Click "This is the mailing address" to clear the check box.
  3. Click "This is the mailing address" again to select the check box
  4. Click Save and Close.
  5. Repeat these steps for each Contact.
